Sarah is the Managing Director and Founder of Support Humans, is driven by a passion for accessibility and inclusivity. With a vision to create a community that values and uplifts every individual, Sarah believes in the immense potential within each person. Sarah leads with the aim of empowering others to thrive and succeed.
Chantelle Poulter
Chantelle is our experienced Senior Advocate and Case Manager specialising in SEN education and safeguarding. One of our Designated Safeguarding Leads (DSLs), she is dedicated to ensuring that every individual is safe to grow and reach their potential. Chantelle firmly believes that when needs are met individuals can truly evolve and thrive. Her passion for advocacy and support show through in her work with our team.
Our Julie
Julie is a retired nurse and a trained councillor dedicated to providing support to our clients and team members. With a compassionate approach, she helps navigate the often challenging and emotionally taxing processes we encounter, allowing for individuals to process there feelings allowing for clear decision making. Her expertise ensures that everyone is heard, held and supported during their journey with us.
