Hi I'm Sarah, the founder of Support Humans, and my journey to creating this company is deeply personal. Born and raised in London, I've spent years working nationally and internationally, gaining invaluable experience in complex systems and understanding the profound impact that dedicated, empathetic support can have. Now living in the West Country, I've brought that national and international perspective to build a service that truly understands the diverse needs of people, whether they're navigating local challenges or more widespread issues. 

My professional life has always revolved around supporting individuals through their toughest moments. I've witnessed firsthand the confusion, frustration, and sheer exhaustion people face when trying to access vital services or secure justice. I've seen how often existing support can be inaccessible, overly expensive, or simply lack the human touch. This isn't just theory for me; it's a reality I've seen countless times, and it sparked the vision for something different.

I founded Support Humans because I believe that navigating life's complexities, from battling government bureaucracy to embracing the journey of maternity and childcare shouldn't be a solitary struggle. My vision is to create a beacon of hope and practical help, a place where accessible advocacy isn't just a promise, but a reality for everyone, including those from underrepresented communities who often face additional barriers.

At the heart of Support Humans is our unique "Proactive Prevention" model. I've seen too many cases escalate into expensive, emotionally draining battles, like tribunals for EHCPs. My vision is to invest deeply in high-quality, upfront advocacy to prevent these escalations, saving you immense stress and cost in the long run. We focus on getting it right from the start, so you can achieve your goals faster and with greater peace of mind.

But my vision extends beyond just advocacy. Support Humans is about creating a holistic ecosystem of care. It's why we're integrating vital maternity advocacy and doula support, why we help with childcare navigation, and why we meticulously curate a trusted network of professionals from therapists to legal experts  ensuring you always have reliable support at your fingertips.
